Over 130 individual rank patches suitable for U.S. Air Force enlisted personnel during the Vietnam war.
Although never officially recognized by the Air Force, these patches were probably custom-embroidered in the numerous embroidery shops in SEA. When seen they were worn by troops serving on forward bases.
